Last updated: October 6, 2026
These terms apply to your use of NearbyExterminator.com and the phone numbers shown on it. By using the site or calling, you agree to them.
Referral service
NearbyExterminator.com is operated by Clientment OÜ. It is a referral service that connects homeowners and renters with independent local service providers at no cost to them. We do not perform any services ourselves. We are not a contractor, and the providers you speak with are not our employees or agents. We may receive compensation from providers or advertising partners when you call.
No warranty on providers' work
All providers are independent. We do not warrant or guarantee any work performed, the price given, the timing of a visit, or the outcome of any service. Any agreement for services is between you and the provider. Availability depends on provider participation and location.
Your responsibility
Before hiring a provider, it is your responsibility to verify that they hold any license and insurance required for the work in your area, to check references, and to get the price and terms in writing.
Call recording
Calls may be recorded and monitored. See our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clientment OÜ is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, your calls, or any service performed by a provider. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where the consumer protection laws of your state of residence require otherwise.
