  Your representative took payment for a termite bond and then later said that the owner, Tim, would not bond the property and would not refund the payment. I assume that you're Tim. 27009 Oberg, commonly known as 27009 CR 13, Fairhope AL is the property address. You can make things better by refunding the money paid to your company representative who made a commitment that you refused to honor.

  When were you a customer? How can we make your experience more enjoyable? What was the account name under and I would be happy to refund your money. Was never informed of this matter. I am not showing a name or address on our system. Please call our office at 2515507699 and give me a number that I can contact you. This is not my business practices and I would like to get to the bottom of it for you. I am awaiting your communications to resolve this matter. Please provide the representatives name or description. Hello are you there? We are awaiting your communications with our company to help fix the problem. As of 02-12-21 we have not heard from you. 02-16-21 we are still awaiting communications from you. New note 02-19-21. There is no address of 27009 Oberg rd in Fairhope. The highest address on Oberg road is 22000 and ends at Co Rd 13 and Hwy 104. The address of 27009 Co Rd 13 does not exist it is a vacant field in Daphne. I feel this is a false review to hurt my business. I have not received communication with this supposed customer that never existed on a home that does not exist. I await your response. 02-26-21 I am requesting you to please remove your obvious fake review of my company. I have proven that this entire post was fake due to no house at the above address.

  We LOVE Tim Brown and his crew. They are always eager to help us out when we need service in a pinch. They do a thorough job and are very professional and courteous.

  Tim Brown did a termite inspection on our home the same day that we called to request one. Tim was very friendly and knowledgable and gave us outstanding customer service. Not only that, the quote he gave for termite prevention treatment and bond and pest control service was really good (better than others in the area). We will definitely be using them for our pest control needs in the future. Highly recommend.
