  I pay my annual dues of $95 each year when I receive the notice. The check is deposited within 2 days, but I never receive a call to schedule my inspection. I have to call multiple times before I get a response! That is poor customer service! I don’t recommend this business at all. I continue with the annual renewal because it’s cheaper than starting over. Eventually, I will find a more professional business to give my money to. Update 9/4/21: I finally got in touch with Gary, or whatever his name is, after calling at least 4 times and leaving messages on 3 of them. Once again he gives excuse after excuse and then blames me because I was on vacation in July when he sent my renewal notice, which should have been sent out in April. It gets pushed back every year because he doesn’t call to schedule the appointment once he cashes my check. I believe in supporting black businesses but when your customer service is horrible then you will not get my business! I asked for a refund. Let’s see how long that takes! Fair warning, if I don’t get it next week I will be filing a complaint with the BBB!
