  David really is as good as the other reviewers say. He is extremely thorough and he teaches you as he views your problem. He set the standard high! I talked with six contractors on my 32-hour trip to get my rental problem rectified. David was miles above them all. He went through every room in the house and located a leak that the tenants knew about but had not told me about. I would recommend David to anyone with water problems.
