The lady who helped me at the self checkout was great! I had accidentally grabbed a pork chop pack without a bar code and she generously walked back and got another for me! Wish I would have caught her name but there was quite a line behind me. And j didn't want to hold her up any longer.

It was nice. I've been 2 X now & found everything I was looking for. I did forget Fresh Step Cat Litter & dishwasher machine soap but I'm going back k for those later today or tomorrow!

This is an updated review.  On 2/7/22 both my elderly parents went to the Walmart in Waynesboro only to find that there was not one cashier.  The long lines in there were for self checkout only.  When they did see the one and only associate on the floor, they were instructed to call corporate and complain.  REALLY?  You have this store open, with no one working there and expect people to shop there, especially the elderly, without one person there to help?  GOT IT!  My family won't be shopping there anymore, we'll spend our money at a store who bothers to employ reliable people.

I dread grocery shopping here anytime I need to. I dare you to try calling an associate to ask anything ahead of going here. I was hung up on 5 times in a row, immediately after WHOEVER picked up the line.. people these days have no work ethic, and are typically talking on a wireless device. This place is no exception. The pharmacy was fine, but that was it as far as friendliness and work goes.

Couldn't find half of what I was looking for. Shelves were empty. This location had no eggs for 2 weeks... then no chicken & we asked an employee & they had plenty in the back just didn't put them out. Then we looked online & saw 6 tvs in stock they had on sale (about $100 off) and they weren't out. We asked another employee, he walked away, never spoke to anyone, came back and said if its not out we don't have it. So I placed an order online for pick up & before I even got out of the parking lot the TV was ready to pick up. It's ridiculous.

Walmart is one of my favorite stores to shop in. The last time I was there..it was very well stocked. All of the shelves were full as much as I could see.

Love the curbside...it makes sure I'm not in the store picking up "extras"

Called four times this morning just to ask if I could send my daughter to pick my order up instead of my mother. Three out of the four times I called, I was hung up on. The fourth time I called I was put on hold for 22 mins before I hung up. I just want my question answered so I can get my stuff picked up I've already paid for

When my family and I came into Walmart  during the last week of January we encountered a cashier by the name of Sariah/Siriah/Soriah (not sure of exact spelling, but she has braids and beads). The associate really warmed my heart because she took the time to help me find a more economical alternative to some markers my children wanted. She noticed the children's disappointment when I explained to them the markers were too expensive. This associate asked me if it was okay to show them more economical options. She actually took our babies to find them some markers that wasn't going to "break the bank". They have had more fun using the ones she chose versus the more expensive we normally would have purchased. I was happy and pleased with her because she went the extra mile to help my spoiled babies, accommodate us overall as a customers, while still executing revenue for employer. Most associates would have just done the basics of job and lost the sale 100%. Superb cx service is hard to find these days. I hope this cashier's hard work and dedication does not go unrecognized. GREAT JOB SARIAH!!!!!

Order some items for curbside pick up  the substations where unacceptable  and one gallon of the milk I ordered had a hole in it and was leaking.   Was trying to save time and effort  wound up costing twice the time.   Don't recommend the curbside pickup process this time
