Got to be one of the worst stores I have been to shop for groceries. Most of the time you have to check yourself out, which is not a problem if you only have a we items. But when you have a full cart and are spending close to $200 it don't think it is to much to provide cashiers to check you out. To top that off they didn't even have a belt fed self checkout open, so no choice left but to leave it set in the isle, and drive to Owatonna to buy groceries, at least they provide cashiers to check you out.

Nothing has changed with Walmart. Still no help if you need it. Nobody available to mix paint, get into the tool case. Even a simple question if they sell a product. What are the employees doing exactly? Every time I go into the store, their on theirs phones pretend they can't speak English and they don't know where anything is. The only help I actually do good at Walmart is when I go to the grocery section and there's a couple of nice younger men stocking the shelves and they will get off their ladders and help me. They shouldn't have to be walking me across the store when there's 20 employees on the other side of the store that should know that whole area if that's the area they're supposed to be in. Whenever I go on to women's clothing Craft section home goods power tools and camping area there's at least a group of five individuals that are employees that are all on their cell phones and all talking to each other not working and they don't listen to you and the ones that can speak English or decide to speak up they don't know what they're doing either. If this gets to management the times I go into Walmart is in between 5:00 p.m. and closing. To add to that note the store manager is very rude he has once told me that he's not responsible for his employees or the patrons that shop at that store. In my opinion that manager needs to go work somewhere that he doesn't have to deal with people or quit.

Unstocked grocery shelfs.. I went with a list of 10 items and found 2. I put them back and walked out disgusted. It's not the 1st time this has happened. The employes stand around talking while the shelfs are empty. The department heads should be ashamed of themselfs.
