This Walmart location is in a fairly large building facility with a decent parking lot sharing next to in n out.  Prices are good for food and other universal household items.  There are several automated check out stations at this location.

This is just a quick stop but at time will be a long journey to just get out the store. Need more front end cashier, faster check out, and better sanitation. It's a big store but needs more care and it can be one of those top tier Walmarts.

Welcome yourself to good food and fair products at fair prices. Wait and shop be kind to yourself to self checkout and the other side of parking, there is public transportation. Try the customer service. You will also shop online for a convenient time for work.

I Specifically love this Walmart, because they hired my mother. That is so significant and special to me because my mother is "Deaf and mute". I have seen her struggle with different jobs because of various reasons like no way for her to move up in a company, Not getting a raise or getting benefits. Just being stuck doing janitorial work when she felt she could learn to do other jobs and not even being given the opportunity.  She has been working at this specific Walmart for a number of years. They have catered to her needs and have switched her schedule when she has asked. Also when she said interest in another position other than janitorial work they were willing to train her even with her disability. They have treated her very well and she has never complained to me about anything they have done. I appreciate that so much. It makes me feel so happy for my mother. She is so happy to be working and not sitting around on disability.

I was trying to buy some pants and some sweaters. They only had one pair of pants that fit me, and they didn't have any sweaters in a style I would want. My friend, however got some things he needed and so did my IHSS worker. I guess it was a useful trip. I probably wouldn't have gone if I hadn't had a gift certificate. It's a long ways away for me.

Understaffed. Tonight (not even super busy) a whole group of people was waiting at an isle with products behind glass, waiting for anybody to come help for 10+ minutes. Pressing the assistance button would light up, but nobody would come to help.

The parking lot is pretty chaotic as well.

Not the best Walmart I've been to.

Love Walmart but hate that everything is locked up and it takes forever to find someone to open cases. Also hate that you can only use cash in 1 or 2 lanes and not the self check. I avoid going here often due to these problems.

Am not happy about not being able to use the handicapped electric cart outside to and from the car as I desperately need it.  This is what limits me from going to this particular store, as opposed to other stores, where they bring cart to u or let u give your ID in exchange for cart usage.  The proper response would be to bring cart to disabled handicapped clientele at their parking spot, especially if they are shopping alone and unable to have someone drop them off at the front door to pick up a cart. Luckily the carts are located at the front door, which is a huge plus, as opposed to other Walmarts that only have one for whole store and they don't even make it readily available to handicapped clientele. One needs to request it from Security but that requires an employee asking security for it for the client (at Richmond / Hilltop Mall Walmart,) where I refuse to ever return nor to give them my business ever again, as their customer service sucked horribly, especially front door greeter staff Client I think his name is and security the other day.  An African American gentleman was staff for Allied.

I used their curbside service to save time during my busy schedule. Even though it was a bit harder to find, the pickup spot was in a nice location. Their service was quick and easy as well.

after an hour of shopping, the store workers took my cart then couldn’t find it. Had it out of the aisles because there was a 9foot patio umbrella in it. grabbed a bag of chips and 15 seconds later it’s gone. one of 3 people I asked tried to help and nothing. Went to garden center and found the umbrella but no cart. Ohh I am going to FB and blowing it up.
