As a former WM Super Center Assistant Manager, my views at a WM store is distinguishable from others. It is obvious that this store is well run. Shelves are full, priced timely and clean. Floors and race-track are clear and free of trip hazards. End-caps are full and priced correctly. Registers flow nicely and are attended by friendly and courteous associates....added bonus, I have never waited more than 5 minutes in line.

Pros: The store is well organized. You can generally find all of your basic items quickly as the store design is compact. Friendly and helpful staff give the store a welcoming feel. Customer service is great. Pharmacy provides helpful service. Automotive department is efficient.

Cons: Lacks variety. Options available are often the most popular and sell out quickly.

Lots of truck parking.  Very nice workers in store. Please stock cheese and I know you are small and  you don't have a lot room. Fresh produce would be nice.

This is a pretty average Wal-Mart store that usually has all the basic necessities - everything from motor oil to toilet valves and garden hoses. However, their food selection is pretty limited - only a few aisles of snacks and drinks. Typically, I do all my grocery shopping at the HEB in town and then come to Walmart for automotive, lawn, electronics, appliances, etc.

Unfortunately, the customer service can be hit-and-miss. During my most recent visit, I was told they wouldn't price match their own app for the exact same product. Instead, I placed the order through the app for in-store pickup and saved a few bucks.

Overall, this place is good for the necessities, but I prefer not to shop here if I can help it.

Edit (3/31/2022) - this store hasn't changed much. Most folks are still friendly, but I'm still pretty bothered by the fact they wouldn't price match their own app that one time. I called corporate to request they review their price match policy.

Walmart it's kind of a favorite I don't really like going to Walmart they have fingerlings all that stuff like dinosaur from your dreams Ryan all of that stuff are shoes food more food candy like they have a whole bunch of long stuff from like a long time ago like from Christmas their Christmas candy Valentine's candy and Lucky Charms candy

They didn't have change in the drawer told me to wait by the door while someone went to get my change?? It was 3 dollars after 15 minutes and politely asking about 3 times I just grabbed 3 dollars worth of drinks and left . Also the employees don't know how to reload prepaid cards and apparently management doesn't care so don't even bother trying to get help the employees don't know

Needed a couple of batteries for my autos. Went straight to automotive,  found exactly what I was looking for.  The staff was very helpful and nice. I actually enjoyed my experience ***** stars to the staff.

Customer service has a return policy paint on the wall and the one manager didn’t have a name tag on so I can’t name him but I tried to return a cordless drill battery that didn’t have all the parts in it so it didn’t work I didn’t have my receipt but the wall said I didn’t need one but the manager said the writing on the wall doesn’t matter and wouldn’t exchange it otherwise I like the store just not that manager

I was disappointed that this store only had a few shirts & a few facemasks with our name & mascot on them. This is the only store in town for local ppl to shop for things like that. I couldn't find anything in our school colors in any size or dept. Its very frustrating how limited our selections are in almost everything. It's sad when the regular customers, local residents, know that this store probably won't have what they need. It's a normal thing to have to drive to Waco or Temple to find what you need.
**But this visit was a great one too! I lost $20 while shopping. While i was frantically searching everywhere i had been, one of the employees asked if I needed help. I explained & he helped me look. Thankfully, he didn't give up & he found my lost $$ on the floor! So grateful for his kindness!

Small convenient store but the one in marlin, tx doesnt have a clearance section. But can usually always find what I'm looking for when I go.
