This was my preferred Walgreens due to location and service. Unfortunately my last 2 interactions with this location were unpleasant.  One of the Pharmacist Techs was upsetvwhen I asked about variations in prescription prices. She lacked patience and positive customer service skills. During my last interaction, I was forced to request a refill in person. When I called to refill my order I was on hold for 37 mins & 32 sec before the call was disconnected.

I should've known when I pulled up and they had house doors that it was going to be some problems. The worse experience ever at a pharmacy. The wait time was ridiculous for 5 people working. I had to take my business elsewhere because they couldn't get it together. They couldn't even find my prescription for
10-15mins so I could leave. I will not be going back! It was a mess!

Ordered photos online and came next day to pick up. They never contacted me and I had to go in person to find out that their printers are down, and they ran out of 4x6 photo paper.

Absolutely not pedestrian friendly. I do not see any bargains. They do a lot of mark it up to mark it down pricing. For instance on bags of chocolate covered Donuts 2 for $5 you can buy them anywhere else for a $1.99 or less. Very good selection of over the counter medication. But again they do the two for one price Model on a lot of their stuff. Overall the stores very expensive. But if it's convenient for you maybe you'll pay the extra money. After my visit I'd rather go on up the road to a less expensive place.

The pharmacy has terrible customer service and are very difficult to reach. In order to have my prescription transferred, they told me to have CVS call them and it was not even 10 minutes in between the time I was at Walgreens and the time I was at CVS, having the CVS pharmacist call Walgreens; they failed to answer the phone after many calls made to them. I finally got a hold of a pharmacist the next day and she was rude and unhelpful. I definitely will not be coming back to the pharmacy hear for less than subpar treatment.
