This Walgreen's is open 24 hours a day and very convenient. However, over the last year their level of service has dropped considerably. The lines are always long and the wait times for calls even longer. I running to issues getting my medicines refilled and am constantly receiving incorrect notifications by email and text. Wish they were better
Tried to call in a prescription at a few minutes past midnight (12:05am). After following the prompts, I was left holding and listening to ringing until I was disconnected. I called back again, went through the prompts, listened to the ringing until disconnected. I decided to call the store because I thought that maybe something was wrong with the pharmacy line. Someone working in the store picked up and I explained about my two previous attempts. They said they'd put me through to the pharmacy. Again left on hold until someone else in the store answered. Then they tried to connect me with the pharmacy. Finally at 12:47am someone in the pharmacy answered. He sounded half asleep and was extremely hard to understand. I don't know if English was not his first language or if he had a mouth full of something. I explained was my issue was and he said he'd send a request to my doctor's office. Who knows if anything will be done. This isn't the first time I've had a problem with this Walgreens. I'm switching pharmacies. It doesn't matter that they have a drive thru. Most of the time you are waiting what seems like an eternity there too. Whatever happened to customer service? I've been in customer service my whole life and I'd never treat a customer this way.
This Walgreens is the worst. I've had non stop issues since moving to this area and using this Walgreens. I'm switching pharmacies after using Walgreens in other locations for 20+ years. The line takes like 40 min, and then you have to make sure to check your prescription right there Because it's almost always wrong. They don't follow what their app says. And the customer service is terrible. It's ridiculous.
