Was called by automated system and told my prescription would be ready by 4:30 Arrived at 4:45 and sat in drive thru pick up for 15 minutes only to be told it wasn’t ready and would be ready in 15 minutes.. I parked and went inside and waited in line for 20 minutes . It was 5:25 when i finally got to the window where I was again informed it wasn’t ready yet!! I started to explain what I had already been told and he completely shut me down mid sentence . He rudely told me to just hold on and I’ll get it for you!!!! Treated me with such disrespect! Shame on Walgreens for allowing such poor customer service, at least in the pharmacy Dept.
Our RV Adventures
Went in to get a Covid booster when the pharmacy first opened. Even though there was no other customers there we were told that we needed to go on line to make a reservation, they could not make one for us. So we used the phone a made a reservation, next one was 40 minutes in the future. We waited 40 minutes and were first in line. Whole thing seemed a bit inefficient and not customer focused. Could have been a plot for a Seinfeld episode.
This review does not include the pharmacy. It is specific to the store, manager and photo. Rude, lazy, not interested in helping. It takes quite a while to get an employee to respond to the photo counter. They do not have a bell that you can ring for service as photo counters do at other area Walgreens. Went in a few days ago to send an important document via UOS. The employee who responded informed me that UPS didn’t provide them with envelopes (not true, Walgreens just has to ask for them). This employee, who I believe was the manager because the cashier referred to him as “boss,” told me I could get an envelope in aisle 23. When I asked if they were UPS envelopes, he would not answer, just said there were envelopes on aisle 23. I went back there and couldn’t find UPS envelopes. I re-asked the cashier about the envelopes and he paged his boss again. The man never responded to the counter and after 4-5 minutes I left. The confidence I have in this store to responsibly handle important business ranks at zero on a scale of 1-10.
