  I DO NOT recommend ordering from the photo department at this location! I waited for 2 days after my order was supposed to be ready, and they still couldn't give me a status! And absolutely no customer service at all! Thank goodness the Kyle location came to the rescue!

  I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR PHARMACY. Spent 30+ minutes on hold with the pharmacy, they finally picked up my call and then hung up on me. I tried numerous times again- no answer. Got a text saying prescription was ready, I waited 25 minutes in pharmacy line and got to the window and they said sorry, your prescription isn’t ready and told me to go back to the back of the line again. They must be severely understaffed and they’re out of half my prescriptions. Very unprofessional.

  I have been incredibly patient but snoody and rude responses are all I got. I was supposed to get a call back but I never did. I double checked my phone call log just to make sure. I was right they never called. So I called them and I got some rude lady talking down to me saying she did a job she didn't do.
