If i could leave no stars I would. I got a call from the person picking up a persciption for me, that the pharmacy was refusing to fill my pills that I havent needed in a solid 4 months. I called and was told that I had had the script filled on February 3rd and that they would not be refilling it. Not the case. I pressed the issue and told them that I needed a call back from the manager and whoever else was in charge of dealing with this. They called back and told me they had misread the information and that they would be refilling. How, as a pharmacy technician, a job that heavily relies on attention to detail and numbers could a mistake like this be made? That is beyond disconcerning and makes me uncomfortable with them handling medications. I will not be refilling a single perscription at this location ever again.
If I could give them a lower star and still leave a review I would. Was on hold for over 20 minutes the first time after calling back and fourth between them and the drs. Since 1pm and they still didn't have the prescription. So I called back to see if they had it after being on hold again and before I could say anything they hung up, called back to return a call and was on hold for over 11 minutes. Needless to say I will start paying for the full prescription cost to get it at my preferred pharmacy and not the one that the insurance is contracted with........
I enjoy shopping at Walgreen and most people are nice except for 1 who need to learn not to give lectures especially to my mother today. Also learn how to call backup instead of blaming customers for holding up the dang line. That person has a mouth, use it to call back up for front desk, not blaming customers. Or I'll stop shopping at Walgreen and shop at CVS. That my main and only complaint.
