Wow! I never had bad customer experience here. But Ashely Winters, just made up for it. Not only has it been 5 days, an ive gotten all kinds of lies and pathetic exuses. To name a few. She said that the prescription had been put back because i said not to fill it now i been trien for 5days then it’s insurance but yet she cant give me a legit issue so i can call myself an see whats going on. She sits on the phone if i ask a question about price she doesn’t know until she puts in to fill it well thats why i called also doesn’t know her job because shes reading cash price not my insurance price. So finally i have enough an ask to speak with someone else she literally lies an says noone else is there, when i just heard the woman telling her about no the price amount she gave me is wrong its the one that is insurance price. Then she says it wont be ready till tomorrow. They are open for 4 more hours it normally takes 30 min to 1hr to fill a prescription any other time. So im lik well wat time she says she dsnt know that ill jus have to call tomorrow until they tell me its ready. Idk but walgreens usually reminds me of refills sends me updated status an calls me wen ready. So Walgreens please dont let ashely winters mess up yall great customer services an experience. Im honestly beyond upset and stressed. She definitely needs some training an attitude adjustment an not be a liar an rude. Hopefully yall will act an get her out of Walgreens asap
The attitude you get from some of the people that work there. I was on hold for 10 min got hung up on before I could even say hello then called back and was on hold for an additional 20 min. Just waiting to speak to a pharmacy personnel just to be given attitude. Not my first bad experience this walgreens needs better employees.
The store is always clean and well stocked. They should do a better job of training their cashiers. I returned items and tried to use the digital receipt. The cashier told me that I had to have a paper receipt and gave me a store credit for the items. The technology only works if cashiers are trained on how to use it.
