      The service representative, Dontez, clearly understands the value and importance of good customer service, as he attentively listened to my concerns while I escorted him to the home areas requiring service. He was thorough, patient, and kind. I was pleased with this follow-up service call.

      this visit i was not to happy about. Have always gotten great service from Viking Pest control this visit was not he best. The young man did not spray OR SPREAD ANT GRANULES AROUND my house like it said on the paperwork, i was at my computer which is right next to a large window and I did NOT SEE HIM go past that window sprinkling ant granules,there also NO granules on the ground when I went outside for my afternoon walk . also on the report was spraying for honey bees. not sure what that is about, but in late november, bees are now gone. I have had such good results over the years just this visit left me very blah. hope what granules he placed down and what was supposedly sprayed works I really don't need to be invaded by ants for next 3 or so months till my next visit.

      It's frustrating they bill without performing service. They keep billing and show account delinquent when they have not done service. I tried 4 times to tell them not to pre bill but they keep doing it without follow up on scheduling a service. I am tired of their not listening. I will find another service.
