Recently discovered unwanted rodents in the apartments that we want to avoid ASAP. A guy name Luis came over to the apartment first thing Monday morning and was super helpful, asked a lot of questions and did a great job with inspection. He was very professional and made sure to answer all my questions and made sure to provide very helpful information including to call back to the company within 14 days to give a follow up. When you experience unwanted invaders in your home you want somebody professional and helpful- quick! And Luis was the right guy for that. Highly recommend Vikings! Thank you.

The services provided, including the comprehensive options available, are good for whatever issue may arise or maintenance desired. Every technician has been courteous and listens to the problem before trying to address. After each service, you receive a detailed information sheet with exactly what was done. Finally, there is often a followup call and it is easy to connect with a representative via a call or their online portal. Overall very good.

I have been using Viking Pest Control for a quarterly service plan for almost 2 years now. I've been very happy with the quality of their products, the professional nature of the technicians and the customer service. Under the maintenance plan I can always call them to come out if I notice any issue/new issue and they are quick to respond. So far, the costs for all the extra service calls outside of the monthly maintenance appointments have been covered by my quarterly membership fee so no extra has been paid out of pocket. Would highly recommend!
