Chris is awesome! We have had him out to two different properties and he has taken care of ants and mice for us! He is extremely knowledgeable and provides the customer with any and all information you may want regarding treatments and rodents/insects themselves. He is professional and kind. We love that he is a local pest control service who truly cares about his neighbor. Thanks Chris!
We cannot thank Stephanie and Chris at Vector Stomp enough for all of their help! Bed bugs are absolutely awful to deal with and Chris was always calm and reassuring at each visit. Our situation did not improve as quickly as we originally anticipated, but Chris came back as many times as it took to take care of the problem thoroughly. They made this terrible experience go as smoothly as possible!! I would highly recommend their services to anyone in the area.

At this time, I cannot recommend this business. While their representative was early for the appointment, he did not wear a mask when approaching my home, nor did he wear one while speaking to us. I understand not everyone likes the concept, but in this day and age, it's best to err on the side of caution, and use one just in case. We called due to an issue with wasps in the house, and when he arrived, his first reaction to seeing the expanding foam we used to seal the hole (not knowing what else to do, since I've never had this issue before), his attitude was pretty much "well, there's nothing we can do". He was rather condescending when speaking with us, especially my wife explaining things like one would talk to a child. I admit, I'm not in the pest control field, but his overall tone and behavior made it seem like he'd rather be anywhere else. He said that there was nothing he could do, that they'd just have to die on their own. I did not feel like a valued customer. I felt like we were beneath him. Due to this, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I know I will.

After six years in business, it is sad to see our first negative review, especially a review that does not come from a customer of ours nor is it from someone who used our services. We always want to make sure people understand our process and what to expect. We spent more than 20 minutes explaining your situation to you. Your wife did say that she did not understand more than once. We apologize that you felt we were "condescending". I am glad that it was myself, the owner of the company, that you met with rather than one of our employees, because we would be questioning what happened to elicit such a review. Your situation was unique because you sealed (trapped) wasps into your wall. When you seal yellow jackets into a wall, it prevents the type of pest control required to get rid of them. If there was any look on my face at all when seeing the nest sealed in, it was likely a look of disappointment. At that moment, I knew I could not help you. We are not in the habit of charging people when there is no practical solution, and we did not charge you for our assessment or for our time. I even offered to kill any wasps in your house at no charge to you, however, there were no wasps in your house at that time. We were informed by you that there were wasps in the house over the phone when scheduling your appointment, so we squeezed you into our full schedule the same day you called. Regarding your other complaint, we follow CDC guidelines. If you would have liked us to wear a mask while outdoors, you could have simply requested that over the phone before our arrival, or at that time.
