Very knowledgeable employees. They always have the stuff you can’t find. I prefer Ace over the bigger box stores. Very easy parking and the cashiers are super quick. They always have people asking if you need help.

It was ok. But the staff was not very friendly and not that knowledgeable either. Usually the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, but not anymore. What the heck happened?? New owner, new mgmt?? IDK? What happened to the knowledgeable staff and friendliness in our stores??? I have not witnessed niceness and knowledge anywhere for quite a while?

As as senior, I really appreciate the attentive staff. They know their stuff. HD is much closer but I go here first every time. Last trip I needed Allen head flat screws and washers and the young man took me right to them and found the right ones at the length I needed. Amazing.
