  STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND CALL TORNADO NOW!!! You will likely NEVER find a better pest control company, let alone business model period, than these guys. I literally could not say enough good things… They are prompt, responsive (they pick up the phone when you call immediately!), their methodology is spot on, they are thorough, completely respectful, kind & courteous- even better, they are trustworthy in your home and they stand behind their products and services - I could go on… This is the second time I’ve used them. The first time was for a German cockroaches. Assuring me that I would have to have a second service call because they are so difficult to get rid of, they came out quickly with a very reasonable quote (I live way out in the sticks) and had service within a couple days. Everyone that came was so nice!!! They went above and beyond the call of duty and I never had to ask them back for a re-spray because PROBLEM SOLVED. I called them again when we got fleas upstairs (the only area in the house with carpet); and, again they came out within 48 hours, were completely courteous of the fact that I work from home and I’m on the phone with consumers nonstop, and worked efficiently, quietly, and respectfully around me. This service was on a Wednesday and throughout the weekend I realized I still had bites all over my legs and was itching… I called them on Tuesday, they were out with same day service!!! The gentleman waited outside very patiently while I moved some things and my pets out of the room; and, although my father told him everything was good and he could leave, he still made sure to come tell me that it was all done and I’d never have to worry about it again …and gave me pretty simple instructions but a thorough rundown of what he had done and again very politely and courteously exited like the hero he is! You are simply THE BEST, Jose Tornado and crew!!!
