  We were VERY impressed with their service. Always came when they said they would, didn't leave ANY kind of mess, and were very responsive. Best experience we've had with a home improvement company. Highly recommend. Our basement looks great and we can finally use it again.

  We called Top Choice Home Improvement to get a mold inspection and removal completed. Lucas, Amber, and team were very professional and polite during the whole process. They explained what the mold situation was and how they were going to resolve it. They also came in at a very competitive price. We were nervous about getting mold removal done, but we got very lucky to have had Top Choice Home Improvement come out and complete the job. We will definitely call them again if we need any additional work done on our house. If you need mold removal done, I would recommend Top Choice Home Improvement any day of the week.

  Reached out to Top Choice when I thought I was going to need a joist replaced in my subfloor. Turned out I didn't need to replace it and Lucas explained toe exactly why. He did however suggest we other subfloor related options and actually told me how to take care of them myself. I left to him, the expert on the matter. They got rid of the debris left over from my home renovation, racked the subfloor, cleaned the wood of any mold and installed a vapor barrier. I had previously had those things priced out and Lucas and his team did the job at a much lower cost but and did a great job. During a local storm had also knocked out my fence, I asked Lucas about that he looked at it and gave me a quote the next day, and started the following day. Replaced 90+ ft of fence in about 3 days. Neighbors have all told me how great it looks. Couldn't be happier I chose them, and will continue to use them for home improvement needs in the future.
