We have Rachel come regularly and we haven't seen a bug or heard a mouse since we started getting regular service calls. She knows her stuff (down to whose poo was in our shed - wow!) and always does a professional and thorough inspection and service.

Rachel is an excellent technician, friendly, courteous and above all knows what she is doing. Not only does she provide the necessary service she goes beyond by pointing out possible issue points and letting us know the best way to take care of them to prevent future problems!
