Absolutely love this store, it's always very clean, produce is fresh, large variety of food and products. A great thing for me is the huge variety of pet products available at this store. Employees are welcoming and nice. The parking is underground so whether it's 100 degree weather or rain you're in a dry cool place. It's walking distance from me and it's super convenient! I absolutely love this Tom Thumb and it's definitely going to be one of the things I'm going to miss when we move from the area.

I went on a Wednesday morning and from now on I will continue to go at that time!

I loved the energy, people were very friendly, and asked if they could help me with anything.

Yup! I've found my new location to grocery shop! Oh and although this location is close to downtown, the parking is great! They take care of your parking and make sure you're ticket is taken care of🤗

We had multiple issues in the self check out line, and Adrianna was so helpful! When we ran into the second issue, she called her Assistant Manager over for help. He didn’t even acknowledge us and told her there was nothing he could do, shrugged his shoulders then wandered off. She stuck with us, helped me find the info we needed on my phone, and we got it figured out together. Thank you so much Adrianna for excellent customer service!

They are always so awesome at this Tom thumb. They are always very helpful with whatever questions I have weather it be about what kind of pork I should get for my pork and beans or can I pay for this with my phone. They also always help me find exactly what I'm looking for. They don't have a giant selection of meats but the salmon is always on point. Also lately I've noticed that they've been preparing a lot of meals already put together which makes things so much easier at home and I definitely appreciate that! So thanks Tom thumb employees! Love ya!

The absolute best Tom Thumb in town I believe terms of selection, variety, cleanliness, environment and customer service, hands down. And that's no small feat! The chain is usually on the pricier side in comparison to Wal-Mart, Aldi, Target (similar to Kroger, Sprouts or Central Market) but it honestly has them all beat overall in those four categories in my opinion. The attached restaurant, salad & beer bar are to die for. You can talk extensively to any of the employees there and they're all super helpful. A must stop-by for any grocery shopper near or far away to the location.

Person making sandwiches was very nice and had a good sandwich.  Ton of items to choose from. Definitely not a bad choice for lunch if you are downtown.

Located in Field Street near Victory Park, this Tom Thumb has lots of variety. There is a Starbucks and a restaurant on site. The fruit and veggies seem fresh. These items are rather pricey, but you get what you paid for.  I’ve never visited this store and not find what I needed. In other words, they are well stocked.

Very nice Tom Thumb has a H.E.B. feel to it the workers were helpful and nice. They made sure 8 got my parking ticket stamped (you get free 90min parking when you shop in the store) the only thing that got under my skin is the prices because it's downtown I supposed they charge more idk, I make that hypothesis based on the Mc Donald's on griffin and commerce the literally charge double the amount on the normal dollar menu, so I assume Downtown Tom Thumb is the same.

Working at the American Airlines arena and had a lunch hour. Went to Tom Thumb, glad I did burger and ff for less than $10 downtown. Perfict!! The person who made it was Tre, very personable and was super nice and easy to order from.
Burger was good and the service was great, thanks will be back.
