I recently purchased a nail gun for an upcoming project. I want to give a shout out to Vicki who helped us go through all of the options for nail guns such as the best quality, the best one for my specific project and also going through the registration process and benefits for each individual one. I was impressed with her knowledge and ease for explaining all of the nail guns to us and also walking us down aisles for separate batteries and getting the correct size of nails for the nail gun. Honestly the best experience I have had at Home Depot in the longest time. Sincerely, thank you so much!!!

Very well kept. One of the best home depot's in the twin cities as far as cleanliness and organization goes! Very tidy. Items are where they belong and prices don't have to be searched for. Not understocked, not overstocked. Kudos to the management and their employees here!

Home Depot continued to amaze me all summer with their many tropical and well grown plants. When I would shop for cypress mulch, I would also grab more plants to take home.

Outstanding customer service!  We just purchased a new Rheem water softener and were installing it yesterday (12/19).  After everything was turned on, water began to leak from the bypass valve.  It was a manufacturing defect, and I had no way of getting a hold of support on a Sunday.

I called this MG location where we bought it from and spoke with the manager Ryan.  I explained the situation and the fact that we currently had water leaking in our basement.  He said to come in, and he would have a new bypass valve ready for me at the service desk.  I arrived 15 minutes later and sure enough, a brand new valve was up at the desk waiting for me!

I thanked him and ran back to the house to swap the old one out.  Took 5 minutes and now there’s no leak!  What a life saver.  Now we have a DRY basement AND soft water.

Thank you for taking care of your customers as well as giving us Veterans a discount.

went in to buy a dishwasher since mine had broken down, and i was greeted by a friendly blonde girl. she helped me get the right model and color i wanted, and even helped me with me an extra protection plan!!! shoutout to the appliance team and their employees. :)

Terrible experience! Never coming to this location again. Went to find a paint match and there were 4 people just standing around and didn’t help at all when we asked for help, they said they couldn’t do it because they needed a dry sample. We brought the whole paint can with and still they went on to goofing off and being very unprofessional. I’m super disappointed. Wish I could have gotten some kind of help.

The reason for the one star is simple. The website for Home Depot states about price matching but when I went to this store I was told that they could not price match because I did not have the item printed off. I had the item on my phone from Amazon that shows the lower price for the exact same item but they would not accept that to price match because I did not have the item printed off. How does that make for price matching if an item is online or printed off? Anyway, makes no sense and frankly absurd to me.

I was disappointed at the Bloomington Minnesota HD did not have planer blades for my Ridgid planer. The Maple Grove HD did have the blades. So I made the trip from Bloomington 2 Maple Grove. I was impressed with the staff at the Maple Grove HD they did help me find the blades I was looking for. I bought both packages a blades that they had in stock.

Cannot get help these days. I waited 15+ minutes to get some bulk wire. Four employees were filling online orders not able to help, two loading cars outside, two others couldn't unlock/work the machine. Service desk and another employee called for help but I ended up walking out empty handed wasting 25 minutes of my day.

I have used Home Depot for 18 years and spent over 100k with them.  Buying things from them are fine - never use them for installs.  I had them install 2 doors.  7 months 64 phone calls, 78 emails, 6 days of vacation to meet installers, inspectors, repair people and I still have two doors that don't open, close or seal.  These are way worse than the doors from 1978 I replaced.  I was told they would finally refund me money for one of the doors and its been 2 weeks and they still haven't done anything.  Don't do it!  They contractor is Crew2, Crew2 uses sub contractors and none of them talk to each other.  If you do this, you will be calling all three parties to try to get something done.  Save yourself a ton of hassle - learn to install it yourself or find someone to install them. I am out $4k, 7 months, 6 days of vacation, over 100 hours of me calling, repairing doors and cleaning up messes and I am left with two doors with no trim installed, aren't installed right and don't close or seal properly.  Run!
