Being a DIY guy, I go here often. Love the selection of tools and lumber. The only drawback I have ever encountered is that any of the appliances I was wanting to buy was not stocked. This is my Black Friday go to place for tools. Great deals and festive atmosphere. Always looking forward to that.

Found every quick and easy. The prices of wood has gone down a time! Thank goodness! So we again started to buy wood. Lost of great deals we walked by as well. Love being able to use self check out. Less people touching stuff that I am. And I’m thankful for that!

Did you know they sell gift cards? Not just home depot ones either!! I was pleasantly surprised as I didn't have to stop anywhere else after getting the home depot one. You never know what you can find til someone tells you (or go check em out yourself!!!)

Seriously, we drive from out of state just to visit this Home Depot. It started with them having more equipment available for rental, but we keep coming back for the service.  This past weekend, we needed some major help- picking up several large outdoor items, plus shopping for a new water heater (cold showers for days now….).  Bob in plumbing was great on the phone and proved to be incredibly knowledgeable and friendly when we came in.  Mary and Monty helped us repeatedly, between finding items, pulling from inventory, and ultimately loading the truck.  They made a stressful day so much better, and I hope they know the positive impacts they have! Thanks!

Home Depot is the place to go for all of your home improvement needs. The staff is helpful and courteous and will direct you where to go to find what you need. It's also a pet friendly store so you don't have to leave your fur baby out in the cold or hot car.

We recently bought a home and I feel like I'm literally here every day! But I'm very happy with the customer service and all the variety and stock of items. I especially have to say that the employees in the "blinds" section went above and beyond to help me with blinds for my older home. It wasn't easy, but with their patience, knowledge and help; I finally got my windows done! Thank you so much to Chase, Demytre and Allen for your help!

You know I go here probably twice a week, have the card always been my first stop but I’m really disappointed with this one. I’ve had a irritating experiences with just about every department. Customer service is ran by a bunch of lazy young girls who sit on their phones and don’t even want to ring anyone up when they’re empty. Self checkout is too lazy to apply a promo code from being a card owner I was approached by multiple people who clearly lost interest once finding out I already have a Home Depot card and I informed the clerk that I just was approved wanted to apply my code so she proceeded to charge me and then tell me it’s too late to apply my first purchase discount….and then there’s tool rental and repair I took in a m18 sawzall for repair was charged and told the tool had no issue got home tested it and it didn’t work I took it back to get looked at again they held it for almost 3 months before returning it and charging me a second time for diagnosing it and guess what 2 months later and almost no use of the tool ITS STILL BROKE to sum it up……go to the one by Hamilton place not this one

I went to get a part of stuff to fix us Owen tub and they just settlement is great he walked me and got me the part I need I went to another store which is called Lowe's I will never return again because they had me walking one store that other than the store appreciate you taking the survey thank you

Exceptional customer service. Went in to purchase a Ryobi Inverter on line showed 7 in-stock it said see associate. The store computer did not show a location. Mandy and multiple other associates continued to research and hunt until the item was located. Many thanks to the Fort O Home Depot employees for A+ customer service.
