  The first Home Depot that I've been that only 1 cashier greeted me nor asked if needed help. Passed by 4 of them and nothing. Not that I wanted to be acknowledged, but it's definitely different atmosphere than the other ones... It's also weird to see a lot of their power tools locked in a cage of sorts. Whomever was the lady cashier at 6:30pm on 1/5 at the self-checkout lines, she was courteous, helpful and even assisted me with discounts. Saved this review from getting a 1 star!

  Came to this location after inventory check at store on Mobile highway. Jim in appliances 100% give that man a raise!! So willing to help or do whatever he could to help us find what we needed after we had an unexpected occurrence at home. Already feeling disappointed to have to be there and he helped us feel better about our situation AND help us get what we needed. Thank you Jim

  Customer service subpar: 1/11/2022 Unnecessary long wait times at checkout. Employees not helpful. Cashier rude and clueless. Overcharged for lumber. Paid (64.00 dollars) 3-slats for bed. Never was informed lumber was sold by the footage. No advertisements or price quotes visible on store aisles. Again, store employees went into hiding from us. Terrible shopping experience at Home Depot Nine mile road pensacola. Would never recommend this store.
