I ordered a curbside order & I missed the 7 day mark, therefore the store was supposed to refund my card. I was not sent communication about the matter so I had to call the store yesterday to find out what happened. Between 8a.m. & 11 a.m. I called about 9 times and there was nobody picking up & answering the call. When I finally got thru, the morning shift cashier would hardly let me finish what I trying to tell her, tried finishing my sentences & when she finally heard me out she handled my transaction wrong & the refund she gave me was -$1.06!!!!!! I ended up calling a total of 13 times before I finally got the cashier that came in @1pm & she did a stupendous job listening, apologizing for the prior shifts screw up.

Went in on Saturday and rented a chainsaw and the customer service from Ms. Renea, Dalton and Doc were above and beyond. Home Depot should be proud of these three employees for there professionalism on how to attend a customer. Great job from these three employees in the tool rental department.

I bought a lawnmower, backpack blower, and a weed eater with the extra home depot insurance. I bring it back a few weeks later after using it and they refused to give me a refund. I ask myself why I bought the extra insurance if they won't let you return them.  So I went and took a loss by pawning them. Never buying insurance again from them. For the extra amount I spent on insurance.  I could have bought something worth a couple hundred dollars.

Went to trade in something I didn't need. I assumed it was a gift card. So I didn't buy one. I said it outloud and the return people didn't correct me or offer to sell me one. Now I have to make return trip tomorrow.  They need to train their staff better.

I LOVE this store. I have NEVER asked a question and an employee not known the answer. They are knowledgeable,they are friendly and helpful. I refuse to go to the competitor. I work hard form my money and I'm not paying to be treated horribly because I asked them to do their job. My experiences have always been positive at Home Depot...I'm a customer for life. I'm in the store at least once a week,on the app probably 4 times a week,even bought one of my son in laws his Christmas from the app and they delivered it for me. Mom asked me if I think I might have a problem with the store-i said no, but I might need a sponsor....

We rented a tool 100 foot snake in the rental department we asked if they had anyone to help load it and they said no. We took the rental back 4 hours later the guy brought out a piece of equipment that unloaded it for us. I really appreciated the guy that gave 5 star service my initial contact was horrible leaving my husband and myself to lift a 300 pound piece of equipment on our own.

Best customer service we received yesterday from appliances department. Went in late with a very tired toddler and the lady helping us purchase a refrigerator was so patient and friendly. Clean and organized store, easy to find what you looking for and if you can't find what you're looking for the staff is happy to assist you. We will be back and definitely recommend this place.

UPDATE: 03/31/2019
We have been back maybe twice every other week. We purchased all our appliances and blinds for 18 windows for our new home. Maureen helped us pick up a door and was supper nice and pleasant to work with. I cannot even begin to explain how excellent the customer service is here. So far this is my best home improvement store.

Currently in the the store looking for paint and again Maureen was working in the paint department today. She is so phenomenal at what she does, she provides the best customer service ever. She is so patient and very helpful without feeling like you're bothering her. We love this Home Depot so much because of the customer service we receive from the employees here, highly recommend this store.

Personally I like and enjoy the home depot over the generic home depot better known as lowes. Either actually is a good place for home improvement materials and such. As for Home Depot, I usually go to the Belmead location simply because it is bigger and closer to home. I can not think of ever having a bad experience at either Waco location.

Home Depot Waco, They always have what we are looking for 😁 shelving and brackets.  Of course we always find something extra Today's find was sanitize wipes at $1.43. I purchased the box of #15 @$21.45 total 😀 ❤

Cynthia and Jonathan really try to take care of the store. They have very hard working people and if there is a mistake or problem they do their best to fix it and make the customer happy. I will always come back because I know the service will be good and if it isn't they will take care of me. I trust the Home Depot over Lowe's any day!

Started going here after Lowe's really took us for an eight-month ride installing kitchen cabinets! HD has great selection and customer service. Conveniently located too.
