  I would have given this review one less star if it hadn't been for the wonderful associate who happened by and gave us terrific service, even though it was not his area. On January 29th around 2:30 pm after we were unable to find an associate, we went to another department and requested help TWO TIMES because we needed items (irritatingly) not stocked, but visibly available on top shelves. No one came. We were about to leave and forgo our several hundred dollar purchase when a young man came by. We stopped him and made our request. He was not covering the area and did not know of our request, but he grabbed a ladder and climbed up to get our items. He also checked each box and rejected a few that were dented, making sure we only got the premium selections. Disappointed that help was so frustratingly hard to find. But very happy to find this gem of an employee who went above and beyond for us.

  Home Depot what can I say. Top not very friendly. Only problem I had was the BeautifulAngela shot me down. Oh Angela. Time heals everything. But seriously good Home Depot

  We always go to the Home Depot in lockport. We like it better than Cheektowaga and even Niagara Falls. People there are knowledgeable and very helpful. Not so much in the other Home Depots. What we don't find in store they will order it for you.
