  Waited 6 weeks for washer that was back ordered. Got a automated phone call around 5 pm stating we are delivering next day from 9am til 1pm. They were to call before coming. I waited around then went for short walk with my phone. Of coarse thats when they came, left note saying it will be two more weeks til delivery. I had to disconnect and move my gas dryer for access to washer. No phone call ahead of time. Poor communication.

  I had to show up when they opened to get parts for a leaky faucet. They were beyond helpful! I brought in my spigot with the bad washer and they not only helped me find a new one, they put it on for me because the screw was so tight. Would absolutely return.
