They were extremely helpful in finding all the stuff I need to resurface my hardwood floors. They walked me through the store, showed me what I needed to get the job done without trying to update, which is really nice. It's nice to walk in and walk out to get everything you'll need with no hassle! Plus they helped load my car and that's a major help! I would most definitely recommend this location!!

More plumbing PVC selection than Lowes, employees are helpful and friendly even when the store is super busy. Aisles need to be widened, hard to maneuver even without a cart! Self checkout is nice because they let you use the wireless scan gun.

We rented a drain auger today. When we got it home we realized the belt kept slipping and wasn't even working correctly. It's upsetting to drive across down 3 times before being able to use the thing. The employee at rental counter was rude and condensing. The manager backed him up and offer no remorse. Corporate will hear about this.

I have no issues with the people or cleanliness of the store. The lady who waited on us was excellent, efficient, and professional.
We purchased the LG wash tower, paid straight out that day, was told it would be delivered 10/24/21. So far no issues.  However when it was delivered the dry window of dryer was smashed! So we refused it. We then called the number we had been instructed to, if there was problem.  We spent over an hour trying to get to a real person, being hung up on, sometimes no answer at all. Finally I looked up to the number of the store we bought it from - the one in Hamilton on Wilford Rd.
We went through a few people there as well, still not getting any help or instruction.  Finally we asked for the manager. By this time I was at the end of my rope. The manager informed us he would look into it and call us later!  THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!  I needed this taken care of now so I can arrange for a replacement!! At this point, I said just refund my money. I’ll go to Lowe’s at shop, which is what I did!
I might add, I had never purchased a major appliance from Home Depot and needless to say it  will never happen again!

Purchased 2x4 and dry wall. They dropped my drywall off at the curb with forklift and didn't offer to help load. Eventually an employee who was collecting carts offered to help. Been shopping here for years. Never a good experience. Prefer the West Chester location.
