Went to home depot to rent a pressure washer.   I've never used one before.   The rental was easy and the pressure washer worked great.   The customer service was friendly.   4 stars because they didn't give me all the parts for the pressure washer.   I had to go back to get the wand.   They were very nice and started my rental time from when I finally got the wand.

went here to find some items I needed to finish a project. They had everything I needed the location still requires masks but does not strictly enforced in my experience. The checkout was quick and clerks were very friendly. We will be back to this location as they have several other cool shops and restaurants.

Did not get any real assistance when I came in to work on a plumbing problem.   I actually picked up the wrong part that wouldnt come to the toliet...came back the next day but no one really approached me...Fortunately a plumber  was shopping he provided information I needed ; however due to the problems from the first attempt I had to call in someone to do what should have been economical to do.   Not real happy this time around.

Purchased a riding mower and scheduled a delivery for a week later. We had to be home all day until 8 pm and the driver never called or showed up. I called to find out what happened and they had no reason for why it wasn’t able to be delivered and rescheduled it for another week later. It’s frustrating to have to be at home all day and not receive any updates, especially if no one shows up.

Not the best customer service. Workers are typically more interested in hanging together in groups to gossip (the girls all tend to hang up by the self check out). Have gone in numerous times, and have yet to have a single worker even say welcome or have a nice day. Stopped in last night for paint and stood by the paint desk for 20 min. I walked up to the service desk and asked if paint was closed. The guy said no and that I’ll just have to wait for someone. Waited another 10 min and left. Went into Lowes and was in and out with paint in 10 min. Unfortunately I haven’t met anyone here that is knowledgeable about the department in which they are working. I’ve had more success at Lowes.

Update: stopped in the other day and the location refused to give my dad a veterans discount even though he has proof. They claimed that “Home Depot no longer offers Veterans discounts.” This is completely inaccurate, so we went to another worker who claimed the same thing. We are taking our business to Lowes moving forward.
