We're visiting our daughter in Irvine and happened to be at her house when Isaiah Chairez from The Bugman visited for the annual inspection.

Isaiah was courteous, professional and went the extra mile to explain to us what he was doing.  We mentioned that we thought we heard scratching in the attic crawl space and he took the initiative to climb up to the second floor, detach the exterior grate, inspect, set traps and then re-secure with new set of screws.  Really set our minds at ease.  Couldn't ask for more!!

We use Terminix at our house in Hawaii.  I wish we could use The Bugman instead!

We have used The Bug Man for many years now and we just had our annual inspection.  Art Gonzalez accompanied Narciso Rodriguez this time.  We have gotten to know some of the inspectors over the years, but this was Art and Narciso's first visit, their last on a Friday night.  But the inspection was as thorough as ever, beginning with the back yard, wooden fence and exterior.  Then inside everywhere with special attention for new signs or reappearance in previous spots known from our history of prior visits.  Good work deserves recognition and respect. Incredible work. Thorough. Sturdy. Pride in their work was evident. Luis and his crew ( Nathan, Oscar, ) knew their stuff. The deck and railings had serious dry rot that extended into the structure of the house. Stucco was opened up and old wood removed, house treated with wood preservative, new wood and extra support installed, stucco repaired (including proper coloring), all wood either treated or stained (redwood), and deck and railings rebuilt. High quality hardware using all screws, not nails. Wow!  Highly recommended. Good communication during whole process. Bilingual crew. Thank you Bugman!

I just got my annual Termite Inspection and treatment. My Inspector was the same guy who came out last year., He actually remembered details about the conversation he had with my  now deceased husband , that he relayed to me , that brought me up to speed. Talking to Ignacio Lopez was like turning on the Discovery channel or insects are us. 🤣🤣🤣 I enjoyed the laughs and was glad such knowledge was at my disposal, Thanks again Bugman !!! 😘🥰

The Bugman is an excellent extermination company. My mother in law uses them and now we do also! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The technicians are amazing! Joe P. was our tech at our last 2 homes. He is always on time, friendly and so knowledgeable. He did a great inspection and knew what we needed. You feel like he genuinely cares about what pest issues are going on in your home. I couldn’t recommend him enough!

These guys are the best.  We've used them for 24 years.  When we first moved in, we had a huge ant problem.  After our second service, we've only seen ants once in those 24 years.  Our technician, John Sharp has been outstanding.

We are moving and needed a termite inspection.  The Bugman performed the inspection, fumigation, and repairs.  Tony Reeves was great to work with and made sure we knew exactly what was going to happen step by step.  Nathan Harrison came out to repair our damaged wood and did an excellent job.

Art Gonzalez came out to spray my attic in regards to some termite activity, and do some lattice work on my backyard patio.  He was professional, friendly, and explained to me what he was going to be doing.  I needed him to come back out one more time and he brought a co-worker named Travis to help with one more issue and they came out quickly and were very helpful.
