I’m September of 2021 we called to schedule service for fleas. They talked us into 1 years worth of service. They’re initial appt they never showed up after we spent hours getting the house ready and evacuating the animals for the day. I called and they apologized and rescheduled us. The 2nd appt we went through all the trouble again and they were almost 2 hours late. They sprayed and said they would be back in 2 weeks to spray again. We went through all the trouble again and they never showed up. After the initial spray we did everything we were supposed to (vacuum twice a day, mop every day, all animals treated by the vet etc). 2 months later we still had fleas. We treated the house ourselves and they were gone within 1.5 months. I called them in November of 2021 to tell them how dissatisfied we were and to cancel the remaining services for the year. We didn’t know they can put to the house in December to spray outside and didn’t know we were charged $150. They came again in march 2022 and sprayed outside and we were charged again $150. I called them Friday march 11th and requested they refund for those 2 appts since they agreed to cancel our service in December. The man I spoke to said he could not handle the refunds and that I will receive a call on Monday march 14th but never received my call. It’s tuesdays the 15th now. I think I’ll be reporting them to the BBB and consulting a lawyer if they do not correct this.

This is by far the worst company I have ever used! They came out 1 time for 3 yellow jacket nests, spiders and ants. After the 2-5 day waiting period, all 3 yellow jacket nests were active, new spider webs appeared and there were still ants on the boundaries of our home. The technician said to simply go onto the website to schedule a follow up visit. I did this and my appointment had to be cancelled due to rain. I attempted to schedule a follow up online twice and called 5 different times to speak with a manager to schedule an appointment (9/8, 9/13, 9/14, 9/17 and 9/20) After receiving zero response, I then tried to get a refund/cancel my service. 2 WEEKS LATER, I get a voice mail from Trish saying that she would just cancel my service. I made it VERY CLEAR to the 6 representatives that I spoke to who took notes and sent emails requesting managers to call me back that I wanted to discuss a refund. I am beyond livid and disgusted in the poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT schedule an appointment with this company. I cannot believe they are still in business.

Scheduled an appointment over the phone on Friday for Monday at 8AM. Lady was super nice and helpful. Monday rolls around. We woke up early to finish cleaning and put all the necessary things up on tables and such. By the time we know it it’s 8:15AM and no one has showed. Call the main number and get told our service is Wednesday at 3PM. Ummm no it’s not. I have an email to prove otherwise. Get told the branch is going to call me. I don’t have time to play these games as I have to go to work and my fiancé and I had arranged for our pets to go somewhere on this day. We can’t wait and I’m not rescheduling. Please take warning of this company and don’t use them.
