I started service with Terminix when I discovered some squirrels in the attic above my garage. They were able to close the openings as well as remove them from my home. Recently I had my regular quarterly pest service. My next door neighbors had called terminix about potential termites. The technician saw the truck outside of my home and let them know the situation. I was able to schedule service to have them install bait stations around the perimeter of my house the next day. I appreciated this and feel fortunate that I would not have known otherwise.

i had really caring technicians that took plenty of time explaining the situation and helping me to feel secure and confident. Gregory Polk was very polite and helpful. i will always recommend Terminix. Anthony Rojas got all of this rolling. He is why i first chose the service.

The technician was very personable and professional as well as friendly.  He explained completely what he would be doing.  We discussed an exclusion area for the treatment which he fully understood the reason and did not treat that area.  An overall good experience!

We were on a serious time crunch when we were told we had termites. All 3 of the guys who came out and inspected then treated were super prompt and helpful. When I had had questions between visits, the always answered my text right away. All around great service. Highly recommend!

Horrible.  They did not complete the exclusion service we agreed upon and paid for.  Said it was all completed,  but did my own inception of their work and found several items that were not completed.
1.They only took care of 18 out of 92 weep hole,
2.Didn't seal up back of my house,  only set up traps in the front attic,  nothing done in the back.
3. Covered all my pipes on top of my house but 1,
4. screwed up an eve of our house with adhesive, said they would repair and paint, but never came back.
5. Rodent found its way back into our house and chewed a water line Causing thousands of dollars worth of damage.
6. Can't get anyone from terminix to actually admit fault.
7. Don't come out once a week to check traps like they said they would.  Actually, they never have.  I'm the one checking and moving traps from the front to the back attic where issues are occurring.
8. I inspected my own house/ Roof and found multiple entry points that's they should have found upon their own inspection, but missed.
9. Spayed the front attic but not the back, supposed to come back to complete but never have.

Now I'm stuck fighting with insurance,  terminix to get my walls,  ceilings,  floors, pipes repaired.  I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! I called on them because they are a big company,  been around forever, figured they would be not only be professional but do quality work.  It's been the laziest work I've ever seen.  I'd never believe a company that has been around this long would screw up so bad! Avoid them at all costs.
