technicians call two days in advance and never show up but still bill you for service. after assuming its a scheduling error, you call and attempt to make sense of the issue just to have the technician pretend like he don't know who you are and then dodge all phone calls. customer service is a joke and after being billed for a bogus service call, they still won't refund your money.

I have been trying to get the local office and keep getting transferred to some call center where the folks are not proficient in English. Last week it took me more than a half hour just to make an appointment. This would have taken less than ten minutes if I had been able to talk with someone locally. The person had a very heavy accent. I could not understand her, and she had trouble understanding most of what I was trying to say. I had to repeat my phone number three times. She told me my appointment was 9AM today, but someone would contact me to confirm. No one called, texted, or emailed. No one showed up at 9:00. I tried calling again. I got transferred again. I was put on hold for about 20 minutes. Finally someone with a heavy accent, but not quite as hard to understand as last week, came on and said my appointment was for 9-12. THAT’S NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD LAST WEEK! I had planned something else later which is now going to have to be changed to another time. If I had known it was going to be this difficult I would have chosen another company for this service. I plan to in the future.
