If I could give a rating of 0 I would. I called Terminix 3/2/22 to trap a skunk under my deck. They came out day of and I agreed to skunk removal and an exclusion service to place wire fencing under my deck so animals could not get back under. The salesman told me they needed a card on file to start the service. Later, I found that they charged the entire fee for the service ($1,600) before anything was ever completed. The next day a tech dropped off a trap and did not speak to me. I called on 3/16/22 after not trapping anything to express that I was displeased with the lack of communication on their part to check if anything had been caught or instructions on what to do if an animal was trapped. I expressed that by now, the skunk had moved on and I did not want any of their services and requested the money be returned to my card. The woman on the phone talked with the branch manager who told me the services were completed and I could schedule another service if I wanted work done. NO services had been completed! The manager reminded me that “I signed a contract” and the woman on the phone tried to rectify the situation by scheduling them to preform the exclusion service on 3/18 between 5-7. No one ever showed up. I called again on 3/19 stating I wanted a refund because of how extremely awful the service had been. The man on the phone escalated the issue to the regional manager who was supposed to call me on 3/21 to help resolve the issue. He never called. I called AGAIN 3/23 and the woman on the phone issued a cancellation and refund request which was supposed to be responded to within 24-48 hours. Today it is 3/28 and I STILL have received no response or assistance with my issues. I have never received worse customer service and I will never use or recommend Terminix ever again. I am just hoping at this point that I can receive my refund after all the issues I have encountered.

We started with your service years ago primarily for carpenter ants and have continued outside service for years. Excellent service, text reminders, notice when service is on the way and when they have arrived. If home, immediate feedback on what was found and done outside then detailed email immediately after. The last few years we have had a wonderful technician, Don Tomon, who feels like a friend of the family now! Very friendly, polite, and gives outstanding service. If you ever have anything like Technician of the Year, Don Tomon would certainly get my vote! Highly recommend Don and Terminix!

This was the worst service I have ever received. The day of my initial inspection the individual was 30 minutes late outside of the time frame scheduled. I should have known then not to have wasted my time. Then he set my initial appointment up for the wrong time and and I called everyday trying to get the appointment changed finally was able to get a appointment when someone was home and never received a call back from the company to let me know that the appointment had been changed. I just happen to call again and found out the appointment in efforts to change it. Then come the day of the initial service and the technician comes the day before the scheduled appointment and no one was home. They sent me pictures of the sealing on the exterior of my home and it was awful. It was half done and messy. I called back to have someone come back out and still have not received a call back from anyone yet. I was told that my appointment was for today Saturday 11/13 for 10:00am to 12:00pm and no one showed up. I called at 2:00pm and she stated that it shows the appointment is for Wednesday 11/17 from 3:00 to 5:00. I explained that that was not what I was told and at this point I want my money refunded. She stated that she will email the managers at my site and they will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. I explained that I have been hearing that same statement for 15 days now and I have yet to receive a call back from anyone. They will not give me a cooperate number and I feel that at this point I will need to call the news station form consumer assistance.
