  The gentleman that came over to do the inspection explained how the tech would come over and use vacuum , steamer, and spot treatment. He explained how it would be some very thorough job. I guess that was a sales pitch. $1600.00 for pretty much just them coming over and putting bed covers on, placing traps under legs of bed and only spot treatment. The tech had no clue he was even supposed to use a vacuum or steamer. It was not a thorough job at all and definitely not worth the money. I had to call them back to spray week after week even after we completely gutted my daughter's room. The worst part was the fact that the tech told me all clothes and toys needed to be removed from the bedroom before he sprayed but the inspector had never asked me to do that before the tech came. I Spent hours trying to quickly get everything out of the room so that they could spray. The communication between the inspector and tech was non existent. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The couch cannot be wrapped like a bed so if they can't kill the bugs with the spray alone, the bugs aren't going to be eliminated. I have since spent hundreds of dollars on my own steamer and bed bug spray/traps. My advice to anyone considering bed bug treatment from this company would be to save your money and buy your own bed bug mattress covers, traps and spray because you'll get the same results for way less money.

  Terminix has serviced my subterranean termite protection program for over 30 years. Every year a service technician comes out and inspects my home automatically. It is a smooth process and the yearly cost is reasonable.

  Too early to tell what works. However, I would not hesitate to give five stars to the service tech "GEORGE HEWITT" who serviced my property. He is probably one of the guys that is often overlooked. You could tell he had a full days work but that did not get in the way of being really thorough and knowledgeable. George is truly a professional, I would not hesitate to recommend this company all because of George Hewitt's professionalism.
