They never showed up for their initial service but charged me me for it. When I called corporate they tried to resolve my issue but was unable to reach the branch manager. Finally, the manager rescheduled and no one showed up for that as well. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Just wasted a week worth of time and still have an ant problem.

I am a member of this firehouse, and use all the building. Have seen evidence of pests, but usually they are disoriented, or dead.

North Brunswick office never showed up for an appointment for two apartments......I paid two people to stay for the day at each. When I called they had no explination except, "so.....do you want another appointment" ?! Corporate didn't help either....were just as arogant an unapologetic.... DO NOT USE !!!
