Very disappointed with the way management promote from with  in the company when there's hard working boots on ground every day well experience not given a shot. Even management that has been demoted and Reposition.

Shout out to Levi Hamm and Brendan Housand of the Conway, SC branch for coming out and doing a PHENOMENAL inspection on my recently purchased property. They were thorough, professional, on time and explained everything in detail. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and put my concerns to rest!

Extremely satisfied with the service that Terminix provided. Nick Natale was my technician and he was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We had a termite scare but Nick localized the problem and had a prompt treatment plan top get rid of them. No we can rest easy. Overall great experience and am happy that Nick and terminix could help us!!!

Today I got a$349 bill from Terminex for services I did not request and do not want--their notice was clearly intended to look like a BILL----For MY .   Termite Inspection, I paid $265 for my termite inspection in September that is NOT DUE until the END OF NOVEMBER......So this company's billing tactics allowed them to hold my money for ALMOST 3 MONTHS----without providing any service.   This company'a deceptive practices are intended to make you pay for services IN ADVANCE of when they might be provided so that the company gets to take advantage of the time value of YOUR money.  I have lost all confidence in Terminex and will that cannot be fixed at this point in time.

Doing business with this company, Tyler my serviceman and the office personnel  is a pleasure.

The people who work at Terminix are always very kind, understanding, and helpful.  We have used Terminix for our pest control and termite services for the past 11 years. If we ever have any pest control issues, the office staff gets someone out to us as soon as possible.  I joke to my friends and family that I have Terminix on speed dial on my phone!  This company is THE best  pest control and termite company around.  Thank you for always looking out for me and my family.
