The service technician was very competent, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. The only thing I DON'T like about my service is that they only come out every three months instead of monthly. Other than that, I'm completely happy with my service.

My service rep Dale Corley always does a thorough job of hitting my problem areas. I have noticed a significant reduction of unwanted multi legged visitors. Dale is consistently punctual, knowledgeable, professional and personable. I don’t just appreciate the effectiveness of the product applied but I almost look forward to his quarterly visits like a visit from a friend.

Terrible. I paid Terminex over $2000 3 years ago and they never have rid my house of bats. the promise was clear and guaranteed. I have spent countless hours on hold with this company always promised return calls and never recieving them. They have been to my house a couple times and told what is on my floor is old droppings, clearly they are not. I always get a call to renew my service though. I was black mailed once to renewing the service for fear if I didnt my contract would be over and I would never recieve futher help. My house has never been bat free they should refund my money. I doubt that will happen.
