  This company deserves ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ The products they use are highly effective and pet friendly. Please let my experience save you from thinking you can just DIY with products you get from big box store (Home Defense, Black Flag, etc)! I wasted so much time, money and energy trying to fix the problem myself. I finally gave in and called for professional help! My experience with Taylor Pest Management was delightful from the very first phone conversation! Within 48 hours, I had Brent at my home SOLVING my problem! I had been out of town for three weeks and accidentally left a window open and the air set too high. It was a perfect breeding ground for all sorts of unwanted guests. Brent came in, did his thing, and managed my expectations very professionally. He let me know that an infestation of my degree often require a follow up visit 7-10 days later and all I had to do was give him a call in a week if, if needed, and he would come back. I didn’t see a single creepy crawly for six days. I called back on the seventh day and Brent was back within 48 hours! He is such a pleasant person and exceptionally knowledgeable about their products and which ones take care of which pests! 🙏🏻⭐️ Additionally, when I called the office, I spoke with Meredith. She is such a delight and has a good handle on the administrative side of the operation and a very kind disposition. 🙏🏻⭐️ Taylor Pest Management earns a sixth ⭐️ from me because, while talking with Brent, I picked up on the fact that the owners of this company treat their employees as their most important asset! 👏 ⭐️ Happy, empowered employees provide superior customer service and create exceptionally pleased customers - like me! 😃

  Wonderful company!!! Very thorough and informative. Helped give peace of mind moving into and older home. Kind and respectful people from the lady answering phone to technician doing job. Would recommend without a doubt!

  Reckless, careless drivers in box truck with trailer running red lights to go right on red while pedestrians are crossing, near Miss on Savannah road, please speak with your drivers, it is illegal to stop on crosswalk and they must stop BEFORE crosswalk and must STOP at a red light even if they are turning right, the law is stop, then turn. Not to almost plow down my family, and then turn, didn't even apologise. Please address them, losing a few dollars for being late is much better than a lawsuit for vehicular manslaughter.
