The store is pretty clean and the staff is always super friendly. The reason for my rating is because this Target is just not as good as many other locations I’ve visited. Their options are very limited in many departments as compared to other Target stores. For instance, the maternity section at this particular location is practically non-existent. I just feel like for how much space they have, there could be more diversity in the clothing department.

Clean , friendly staff we always enjoy shopping our local target store. There is always something new to be found and something to be explored. Love this target in Dothan always a great experience.

I received poor service and attitude from Penny at guest services. Multiple deep sighs at my questions regarding exchanging items. My cash, gift card and receipt were all basically tossed at me. Forcing me to catch my coins before they hit the floor. I’ll make my purchase online , before returning to this location.

Wow very awesome experience ordering online and choosing the option for curbside pickup. I'm at a very informative and very motivated worker named Hatcher who did everything he could to make my shopping experience at Target not just something I had to do but an absolute painless experience. Thanks Target for keeping your customers happy with employees that are knowledgeable respectful and treat you just like you're part of the target family.

Clean store. Nice workers. Great vegan selection. Felicia and Trixie helped me at the checkout with a cart load plus of stuff and were an amazing and quick pair. Great customer service and conversation as well!

Kind of unusual to be greeted by polite and eager-to-be helpful personnel. I do appreciate being appreciated when I spend my money. I had a complication with a gift card that required a call to the 1-800 number in the middle of my transaction. The customer service representative on the phone was less than helpful, and Abigail from the Dothan store stood up for me and assisted me through the entire call. The issue was resolved because of her advocacy. She was extremely patient, pleasant, and went the extra mile to make sure I had a great experience. Target corporate needs to hire more people like her to assist customers on the phone.

The staff here are great at making things happen. Whether it’s to save money or find an item that you can’t find at other Targets. I wish they would have more Targets in the area.

My cashier was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and welcoming!! She informed me of all the amazing features that the Target App has and was very informative on all the deals and specials that I could receive. She went above and beyond. I will be sure to look for her every time I go to Target from now on!!
