I am a disabled veteran who recently moved to Lake Stevens from out of state. I was shopping for my new apartment at this Target but needed to make a return a few days after. I was helped by Jessica who made my experience great and ensured the return process went smoothly. I’m grateful that Target has employees here that ensure customers are being taken care of. Because of this interaction, I will continue to shop at this location.

The employees pretty much avoid talking to you at all costs. I've been there for 45 minutes before without being within 20 feet of one. Other than that, target is target and it's nice to pop in once in awhile.

Gino.  His customer service skills and speed and just all around attitude was amazing.  They didn't have the 2 vacums I wanted in stock and he made it right for me and made me very happy with my purchase.   Thank you!

I've purchased mugs at this location several times and they never wrap them. They're always just in a bag with no tissue. Today I picked up ten and they stuffed them all into the same bag with nothing to protect them from scratching and breaking each other. I've worked retail and I would never pack someone's breakable items this way. They have tissue paper available to wrap breakable items but even when I'm inside the store I have to ask for it or else they place the items in the bag without anything protecting them. I have 2 broken mugs now that I have to return that could have been saved by a little bit of extra effort. It's frustrating.

The app. is really easy to get and instructions are clear. You can say when you are on the way and when you arrive, it is really fast service. The people who deliver the items are very friendly and all wear masks. I am very impressed and will continue curbside pickup at Target.
