Nice clean store.  Well stocked produce section.  Carson,  our checkout clerk,  was great. Greeted us with a friendly smile.

Only four customers were wearing mask.  No employees were wearing mask.  No COVID precautions being used. Disappointing.

Wish Missoula had a Super 1. I drive from Missoula to shop here occasionally. Love the way the store is laid out, high quality produce and good weekly sales. Knocking off a star for the deli, they just act like they don’t want to wait on you. I’ve had them stand with their back to me, acting busy when they knew I was standing there waiting. No one else was in line.I finally just walked off. Consistently poor service in the deli.

Deli is so slow, nobody ever pays attention to their customers. 80 percent of the time we get terrible service. Sucks because they get paid more than I do, and they’re in a deli. Hamilton deli is way better!

What has become of that store. Last three weeks gone there for weekly groceries.5 people standing in deli to scared to say how can I help you so they all bunch together looking at the floor.check out just as bad. Today was the last. Melissa checking. No high no nothing.  Puts everything in plastic not asking if I would like an ice cream bag as my drive home is 15 minutes on A 95 degree day. Then she is done checking. Starts talking to the cashier beside her I asked her how much it was she says "I told you115? I said no you didn't then she got more snotty and just handed me my receipt.God forbid don't ask for paper at that place
you gets glares Sorry your new employees had to get off unemployment to work. Customer service there now sucks

Used to be a great store love the old timers that still work there dont get me wrong, its these new people they are getting to work that have no customer service skills you will be waiting to get help at the deli for 20mins depending on whos working and dont expect to get meat sliced in the meat department.
