Chris and Joe were very knowledgeable and thorough! They took care of the problem quickly and were very good at communicating with me about the plan and followed up with me a week later. Suburban has been wonderful to work with. I had to call them 4 times in 1 week and they always had a real person answer the phone and sent a technician the same day! Ron was great!  He took the time explain everything he was using from bait boxes to traps. He plugged the hole from my garage to my basement to keep the mice from getting in.  He was very carful with his traps to be sure that my dogs would be safe and came back every week to check them until the mice were gone.  I have used Suburban for bug control for years.  They are quick to respond and very thorough.

Joe was patient and professional and took the time to explain our options at removing wildlife from our attic in an environmentally friendly way.. He went above and beyond. Ron is knowledgeable, trustworthy and determined to help us get rid of the ants that have plagued my dad for years (before we hired Suburban)  He is also very compassionate and cares about the health and wellbeing of his clients. My father is an 84 year old memory impaired gentlemen wirh some health issues and Ron always communicates with him gently and makes him feel independent and then follows up with me to make sure he is safe when he treats his home. As a new first time homeowner, discovering that the house I had just purchased and moved into had termites was a surprise, and quite frankly, a fear of mine. Fahad is an excellent technician. He works diligently to insure that all issues are properly handled and resolved.
Prior to the visit he calls to hear what my concerns are and then he lets me know how he will resolve them.
After the service he writes a report and calls me to let me know if there were any additional issues that he found, how he resolved them and suggestions of what I can do between service calls.
I highly recommend Fahad.
