  We had some questionable looking spiders last year and also added a dog to our family. Specter Pest came out identified the type of spider and recommended the type of pest coverage we needed. They set up affordable monthly payments that is controlled by me. The service technician is the best. They let me know the day before they come (yes same day every month but I still forget), text the day of with a time frame, and also text the hour before they arrive. The puppy I purchased last year is now a 88 pound big puppy that likes to jump on people. The technician always allows the puppy to say hi and then allows me to set what sections he sprays first so that I can keep the dog out of the way and away from the spray. He is always polite and understanding. In addition to all of this. Last year I had an individual taking chemo living with me, they allowed me to schedule what day would work best when they were not in the home to reduce additional infection to their body. I can not say enough, I really appreciate their team and professionalism that I have experience.

  I cannot say enough good things about Specter Peat Management. They have been super responsive and thorough anytime there has been an issue (rodents- dang mice) as well as the routine services. The technicians are professional, respectful and super friendly. Highly recommend this company for any pest control.

  Specter consistently does a fantastic job. We utilize quarterly service and the additional mosquito treatment during peak season as well. We have been very pleased with their communication and attention to detail. From management and office team to technicians in the field we remain impressed.
