  They mulched the exterior at the condos where I live and an influx of 5-in giant palmetto bugs came into my home. Apparently these kinds of palmetto bugs like mulch and needed a warm spot from the colder weather and decided to join me. I went into total emergency mode and called Solve Pest Pros and, thank God, got the owner himself on the phone. He promised that he would have someone at my house the very next morning to take care of the problem and do a full analysis of my home to see where they got in. I have a contract now that I can afford even though I'm on a very limited budget. The professional, Mike, who came to treat my home, was expert, kind, and thorough and spent as much time as I needed answering my myriad of questions. The sense of security I now have because of my contract with this company is worth every dime I spend. I never ever want to see another five inch palmetto bug and Solve Pest Pros will make sure I don't!!!!

  Service is excellent, after the first visit and for the entire week I found ( and throw away) all kinds of dead bugs, small roaches, and ants. Also the backyard was bugs free just in few days. They offered to come back if I need it but it was not necessary. Quality product, not smell, pets and kiddos safe! Way to go!

  This was our first service call so I am not able to provide feedback on the effectiveness of the product(s) used, however, I can say I am extremely pleased with the level of care, and information provided to us by all of the technicians I’ve spoken with. They were here on time and they were all very friendly and polite. I feel confident in their ability to keep our home and yard pest free.
