Been always mostly a positive experience. The meats and cheese are always fresh. The staff there who I call are always polite and very helpful towards me including the delivery people. This is what makes a store grow
and retain customers. Wish more things are kept in stock but that is about it. Keep up the great work there.

Wonderful store! They have the best meat department of any store around for variety. Staff is friendly and helpful. They also have fair prices, and good sales.

Just left left and  all I can say is WOW.. The price for even the "lowest" grade cut of steak is astronomical!! Sirloin top rounds going for over $30 dollars a package when at best that cut isn't worth more than $4.99 a lb. Chuck steaks and ribeyes up to nearly $15-$18 bucks a pound when they used to be $6.99 to $8.99. Not a single package there was under $30 bucks. The point of this store was to have better prices than anyone else. Now they're worse than Big Y and even Walmart. I'll take my shopping to Salem Prime Cuts or other butchers for that kind of money. Or eat out at a restaurant for that cost. Insane!!!

Simply the best selection, meat, and produce of the grocery stores I've been to. If I'm looking for something "unusual", I've been able to find it here. There are usually lines for checkout, but it goes reasonably quick. I don't like their self checkout, though. I think the bagging area scales are too sensitive.

Love it fresh fruit and veggies and all the plant based products I need. Friendly staff always clean great store.

My cashier Jacob was horrible. Gave me one bag for all my groceries. I had to put the rest of my groceries in the cart. He had extra bags next to his register. I ask him for 2 more bags and he said no. That it's only 1 bag per customer. Also was throwing the groceries as he scanned them.I can tell he does not enjoy his job. Last time I will come shop here.. smh.

If i can smell your seafood dpt. Outside in the parking lot. I think you should think about cleaning your store. Not sure what the owners do with all that profit. But your store needs to be redone. Good luck if your doing a delivery to home order. They mess up every single time. When i call to let them know half my food is missing. Manager always has an attitude. Maybe that's why this time they didn't include my paper that always comes with order. They knew they were wrong. Did nothing about it. Gives me expired food. They triple items on your order so they make up for the credit for out of stock items and they think customers aren't going to realize what there doing. That's okay Stop & shop and Big Y will get my business now.. Thanks

Called manager for him to do absolutely nothing. Tell me the same thing managers already told me few times but messed up again n again n again. They like to blame the customer's. Not take actions n fix the issue.  And managers please clean your disgusting store. Your chicken is right next to packaged chicken ,mashed potatoes and other things. If I pick up the pack of home fries. That whole section has red blood under it. Do u just clean your store a day before the health dpt. makes a visit?? Why is there nasty blood all the way over there? Under the food? I've never seen a store as dirty as yours. And yes I'm still Gunna leave bad reviews. Also when I shop there. Managers you walk by them they give you dirty looks they don't smile they don't welcome you. Only one lady I believe her name is Cristina. Long hair. Very pleasant very helpful. About the only manager that acts like a manager n works. Wish they would just close for a day and Clean. Your produce is moldy Everytime I buy it. .. gross. Guess I'll have to goto stop n shop n big y and spend an extra 20-30 to get decent produce n product's.

What a pleasant store to shop in! They have everything you need also...

I understand it's a very hard world to be working in right now considering the aftermath of the pandemic. Many of the older cashier women had very poor attitudes. Rules following masks are different at every location. I can understand a polite "please wear this mask as your vaccine card is invalid here, I apologize" but instead this woman interrupted her customer and threw her hand out with a mask very rudely then proceeded to order customers around. The next cashier named Jennifer I dealt with slammed our groceries into each bag. The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. These ladies are miserable and clearly want nothing to do with working here.
