We've used Security Pest Control recently for a rodent intrusion, and the experience has been fantastic aside from our critters!  Jalen & Josh provided outstanding service at our home, and Julie ensured that they'd be sure to take care of us in a timely attention.  We'll be using them for any pest needs in the future!

This is a very professional company. I had a mousey shoe that another company could not handle and they fixed easily in one visit. And they charged less than the original company.
I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. They do a great job! And at a very reasonable price.

Way too many spiders still lurking in our finished basement. Was at a loss on who to contact. I hit the jackpot. I cannot even find the words to describe the level of professionalism I thought was long dead these days. First, starting with the woman answering the phone, Julie; everyone raves about the way she handles the call, so articulate, there is no hard sale, she is a wealth of information and quiet confidence. (Total vibe that you know you found a reputable and fair business!)  Go ahead,  call them, even if you don’t need their services and ask questions so you can see EXACTLY what everyone is talking about. Julie is such an asset! Today, the owner, Clayton came with his assistant Ryan and the two of them spent so much time with me explaining the process as we walked the needed areas as he sprayed. We have used Security Pest Control several times over the years for both spiders and ants. They are very responsive, professional, and efficient. One year, our ants returned in a different part of the house a few weeks after they sprayed, and they came back right away to spray again for free. I highly recommend Security Pest Control. I wouldn't use anyone else.

What a wonderful company! My phone call was returned immediately. The scheduling person was so warm and friendly. They scheduled an exterminator for that day. He waited patiently at my house for me to get home from work. He explained his procedure and was very efficient. He even disposed of the  nests after examining them. What a nice man! If the whole company is like him, I wish them all the success in the world.

I have used them many times at different rental homes and they got the job done every time.  Early this month I  referred them to a friend for work on his own home.

I called Security Pest Control for two issues: I wanted to spray the house for bugs (centipedes and spiders) and we had hole in an outside fascia board that let a squirrel move into our wall. Clayton arrived to our appointment right on time and was warm, fast and professional. Since he came during quarantine, he arrived at the door wearing a mask and gloves, and he was super friendly and amiable. He sprayed our basement, main level, upstairs and outside of our house in about an hour, very quick. And then he installed a one-way wire door onto the outside hole to get rid of the squirrels—it lets them come out of the wall but not go back in. He'll come back next week to remove it and temporarily patch the hole until we can call a handyman.

All in all, working with Clayton and Security Pest Control was an excellent experience. They're fast, responsive and a good value; all my calls were returned promptly and Clayton showed up right on time for the appointment. (Which is not always the case with other companies, sad to say.) I was also delighted to learn that SPC is a family-owned business, which is probably what makes it great. I'll definitely use them again for next season's bug spraying, and I'll be recommending them to my friends and neighbors as well.

Julie answered the phone, she was kind, empathetic and informative. She had a very calming voice and got me set up right away same day for service. She was transparent about prices and services. Clayton came out to the home, he was kind, funny and really knew his stuff! He brings a lot of expertise and knowledge. He did not try to oversell me and he totally could have— I was so freaked out by our pests I would have done anything. I think this company has great integrity, they are prompt, friendly and just great. I’m so happy with the service I will not be calling anyone else in the future and I want to shout from the rooftops that if anyone needs pest control these are the people to call. They care about their customers and it shows.
