  I must say that I've never encountered such a responsive and professional pest control experience with any other company as I have with Scout. I had been looking around for a long time for pest control services but was hesitant to pull the trigger on any of them. My husband heard about these guys on the radio and I decided to go ahead and give them a try. I'm really glad I did. They're very affordable and that makes the exceptional service even better, because I'm not having to pay a ridiculous amount of money for good, effective pest control. Also, we have kids and pets which was a concern for me because I was worried about the use of certain products that could possibly harm my dog or kids, especially with a newborn and toddler in the house. Everything we've used inside our home with Scout has been safe for kids and pets. I really like that we've had the same pest control guy come and do our service since the first time. He's knowledge and friendly and if we ever have any concerns, we just give them a call and he contacts us promptly. The service itself has been very effective as well, with our problems being ants, roaches and even (idk how I survived this period) a few mice. If not for these guys, I'd still be standing on literally any surface, screaming at the top of my lungs, waiting for a man to kill or remove this furry little thing scurrying across my floor. Shout out to Scout pest control, we really appreciate you guys!

  The technician was very punctual and extremely polite. He was very knowledgeable about the companies policy's and contract details. He was also respectful of any preferences of where I would prefer for him not to spray (the bedrooms mainly). I will definitely be recommending them!

  I chose this pest control company after hearing many good recommendations from neighbors. I really liked how responsive they were when I called. I got and actual “human being “ when calling them. I didn’t have to wait forever on them to answer my call. The people I spoke to were professional, polite and knowledgeable. They were very prompt when showing up for my first home service and from what others have told me I can look forward to the same good service in the future. Zack, the young man who came out to do the inspection and service, was professional, knowledgeable and so very courteous. Zack is a fine asset to his company. My experience with these folks has been a very positive one so far.
