  From a 5 star rating, to less than zero. All of our interactions within the past year have been pleasant, but Sean hit me with a customer service curve ball today. The work is good, his people skills were lacking today. I very politely called to check the status of a TENTATIVE appointment for today, and he then fussed about how our house wasn't that important to him. I apologised profusely for any irritation that my phone call had caused him, and he then proceeded to cancel the job. I'm now crying, because I really respected the man. I'm genuinely very hurt.

  We moved in to our new construction and we had earwig problems. They came out same day and 2 wks after as they promised. Thank you for solving that problem

  Totally missed a termite problem. Even with obvious evidence. Then when I stated my disappointment in their oversite of a serious problem, I was given every excuse in the book.
